Why should I hire a sitter for my next event?

When you hire a sitter for your event, you are providing an area on-site for the children to be cared for in. This gives attendees the peace of mind that their children are close to them and in good hands. This allows attendees to enjoy the event and the host more quality time with their attendees and an increase in attendance.

How do you ensure the safety of the children?

Safety is a top priority of ours. Upon arriving at an event, we inspect the room to minimize any safety hazards. We cover outlets, remove any breakable and unsafe items, and turn the room into as much as a child friendly environment that we can.

All child and parent combinations are given wristbands with matching numbers upon check in. This makes it easy for our staff to easily check to make sure that each child is going home with the proper parent. If a different person may be picking the child up, we ask for the names of those people so we can check their ID before removing a child from our care.

Do I have to pay for the service or can my guests pay you directly?

We have many payment options available to suit your needs. The majority of our customers provide the service for their guests, but in some cases they split the cost with their guests, or choose to have the guests pay for the service in its entirety.

What about food?

We can supervise the feeding of the children with food provided by the venue, or if the venue will allow outside food to be brought in we can provide meals for the children at $5 per child. If we provide the food, we typically order in pizza, provide snacks, and 100% fruit juice.

What if I want to book Party Sitters for my next event but I don’t know what package I want, the number of children, or the hours needed?

That’s not a problem! Most of our clients don’t know the specifics of the event when they book our services. Our initial contract is a “Save the Date” contract. This contract ensures that we will have sitters available for your event no matter how many children or the hours.

What size group can you watch?

Our largest group to date is 75 children, but we have the staffing and supplies to serve groups that are much larger!
